How to brew

- Heat 300 grams of water (for coffee you need 250 grams) to 94-96 C degrees or boiling, open the lid of the kettle and wait 3 minutes

- Open the bag

- Take the filter out of the bag

- Open the filter along the tear line

- Place the filter in the mug so that the legs are outside the mug and the filter is inside

- Pour the first portion of water, about 30 grams (half a bag) and wait 30 seconds

- Pour a full bag of water, but straight into the center in a slow stream

- Add water little by little, as it drains

- The total weight of the water that passed through the filter should be about 250 grams or according to taste

- Throw away the used coffee with the filter

- Wait 10 minutes for the coffee to cool down a bit

- Enjoy freshly brewed coffee

CAREFULLY!!! MUG AND COFFEE WILL BE VERY HOT!
